General Short Description
Our Food Creation Center in Uzwil, Switzerland, is a state-of-the-art facility for conducting product testing, production trials and training, whether it is fruit, protein, muesli or nut bars, wafers, biscuits, chocolate, baked goods, spreads, or snacks.
We cover the whole process from raw material intake and ingredient handling to plant automation. You can analyze your tests onsite at the center or work with our main Bühler lab. Our customers come from around the world so we understand the latest consumer trends and needs. Our customers benefit apart from the existing infrastructure also from the expertise and synergies to our Innovation Campus and the other Application Centers.
